I use Nitro-V for all utility series knives. This is a modern day, high performance, stainless steel designed specifically for knives. Hardened to 62 Rockwell, Nitro-V offers a perfect balance between hardness and toughness. The Addition of Nitrogen and Vanadium adds to its wear resistance by forming vanadium and nitrogen carbides. Nitrogen Also improves Corrosion resistance.

My handle shape has evolved over several years into what you see today. Designed to optimize comfort and minimize fatigue during heavy use. The Utility series is made using either Natural Canvas Micarta or G-10. Both are a resin composite material. They are incredibly durable and look beautiful as well.
